The model 75-050T M1 is designed specifically with woodworkers in mind, General Internationals 5/8" Hollow Chisel Mortiser is made with heavy-duty, precision-machined cast iron. The gas head cylinder provides smooth performance through the full 9" chisel stroke. Control rods provide accurate depth and length stops while the hand clamp secures the work piece. Includes sleeves for both 5/8" and 3/4" chisel shanks. Heavy-duty rack and pinion allows the entire head to be lowered to more accurately feed the bit in the work piece. Head also swivels and tilts 180 degrees. Includes 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" chisels. Enclosed, 1/2 HP, 110 V, fan-cooled motor drives chisels ranging from 1/4" to 5/8".
